Caramel Horchata Frappe
Horchata is a chilled Mexican drink made from rice, water, sugar, and cinnamon. Countdown to Cinco de Mayo with this Caramel Horchata Frappe!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops scoops of MOCAFE™ Mexican Horchata Mix
- 4 oz. cold Milk (Substitute for Almond Milk or Soy, if needed.)
- 2 oz. of espresso
- 12 oz. Ice
- Whipped Cream
- Caramel Sauce
DIRECTIONS
(Makes a 16 fl. oz. serving)
In a blender, add 4 oz. of milk or dairy substitute, 1 oz. of caramel sauce, 2 scoops of MOCAFE Mexican horchata mix. Add 2 oz. of espresso. Add 12 oz. of ice. Blend until smooth and serve. Top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
