What is your shipping policy?

All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except for larger orders requiring a pallet.

Our policy on residential addresses?

Small orders shipped via UPS Ground are OK.  Larger orders that require LTL shipping will have additional charges when we ship to a residential address.

We can only ship orders to verified physical street addresses. We are unable to process shipments to P.O. Boxes due to potential delivery complications. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate street address at checkout.

How quickly can I receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours of being placed. UPS Ground usually delivers within 2-5 business days depending on where in the US you are located.

Is free shipping available?

Yes. All orders of $350 or more within the contiguous United States automatically qualify for free shipping. Exceptions are Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories such as Guam or Puerto Rico.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico?

Do you ship outside of the US?

We ask that customers outside of the US bring in our products from their local distributor. If you need any assistance ordering outside of the contiguous US, please email internationalinquiries@ibevconcepts.com.
