Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the  various Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. websites, including www.ibevconcepts.com, mocafeusa.com and modernoats.com (each, a "Site" and together the “Sites”). This privacy policy applies to the Sites and all products and services offered by Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc.

Managing your Information Preferences

You can review, correct, update, or change your personal identification information or opt out of receiving certain e-mails by changing the relevant settings in your account or by e-mailing us at customerservice@ibevconcepts.com.  You are able to opt out of receiving marketing e-mails from us, however, you cannot opt out of receiving all e-mails from us, such as e-mails about the status of your account.  If you have questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, please e-mail us at the same address.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Sites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Sites related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with any of our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Sites, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Our Sites may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. How we use collected information

Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. may collect and use Users’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

To improve our Sites

We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

To process payments

We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature

To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

To send periodic emails

We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Sites.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal identification information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Sites.

Processing in the United States 

Please be aware that your personal identification information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province, or country.  If you are located outside of the United States, please be advised that we process and store all information in the United States.  The laws in the United States may not be as protective of your privacy as those in your location.  By using the Sites or Services, you are agreeing to the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of your personal identification information and communications will be governed by the applicable laws in the United States.

Children’s Privacy

The Sites and Services are intended for users who are 18 years old or older.  We do not knowingly collect personal identification information from children under the age of 18.  If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal identification information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.  California users under the age of 18 may request the removal of their content or information publicly posted on the Sites or Services by e-mailing us at customerservice@ibevconcepts.com.  Please note that most of the user content that appears on our Sites or Services is stored and controlled by third party providers; thus, complete and comprehensive removal of the content may not be possible.

Online Tracking

Our systems do not recognize browser “Do Not Track” signals, but several of our business partners who utilize these cookies on our Sites enable you to opt out of targeted advertising practices.  To learn more about these advertising practices or to opt out of this type of advertising, you can visit www.networkadvertising.org or www.aboutads.info/choices/.  We also provide you with additional tools to opt out of marketing from us.  You can learn about this in the “Managing Your Information Preferences” section of this Privacy Policy.[1]

Other Transfers

We may share personal identification information and Usage Data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with our company.  If our company is merged, acquired, or sold, or in the event of a transfer of some or all of our assets, we may disclose or transfer personal identification information and Usage Data in connection with such transaction.  You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if, in our discretion, it will result in the handling of your personal identification information in a way that differs materially from this Privacy Policy.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers whom we believe trustworthy and we have asked to confirm that their privacy policies are consistent with ours, to help us operate our business and the Sites or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal identification information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
