Horchata with D'Oro Chocolate Foam

Makes 16 fl. oz. serving.



  1. Add 1 scoop MOCAFE™ Horchata Mix in 6 oz. of water and mix well.

  2. Add 1 scoop of MOCAFE™ Azteca D'Oro Ground Chocolate to 4 oz. of cold milk and whisp to foam

  3. Pour the horchata over 12 oz. of ice then slowly pour the chocolate foam milk on top, careful to keep the two layers separate before serving.
