The heat is on — and so is the blender. From June 1 through August 31, 2026, MOCAFE is calling on cafés, baristas, drink & foodservice operators to create the most crave-worthy summer frappes of the year.

Build your summer cold drink recipe using any MOCAFE™ mix — frappe bases, iced coffees, blended crèmse, chais, matcha, Thai tea, horchata, or our chocolates — and show us what summer tastes like on your menu. The most original, most delicious, most photogenic frappes can win and be featured online.

Contest Rules

  1. Must be based in the contiguous United States.
  2. Must be a business serving specialty drinks to customers such as a roaster, café, coffeehouse, tea shop, food truck or restaurant for example.
  3. Must submit photos of your recipes showing Mocafe packaging somewhere in the photo. If your business does not already purchase Mocafe products, qualifying businesses may request free samples. Single 3 lb bags may also be purchased on Amazon.
  4. Photo of drink and recipe details must be shared on Instagram tagging @mocafeusa and @hamiltonbeachcommercial and @melissasproduce using the hashtag #summerfrapperecipes
  5. Recipes must be posted by July 31 2026 to qualify.
  6. Winners will be announced by August 7th, 2026.

How to Participate

Entering is simple. Here's how it works:

  • Take a close-up photo of your summer frappe drink (showing Mocafe packaging in the background)
  • Post this recipe to your wall on your business Instagram page adding a textual description of the recipe.
  • Make sure your recipe uses at least one MOCAFE product.

  • You may post a many recipes as you like. The more you post the greater chance you have at winning.
  • Winners will be judged by creativity, summer theme, and deliciousness of your frappe creation.

Contest Period
Entries must be submitted during the official contest period as stated by MOCAFE™. Entries received after the deadline may not be considered.

How to Enter
Create an original summer frappe recipe using at least one MOCAFE™ product.

  1. Prepare and photograph your beverage.
  2. Include MOCAFE™ packaging visibly in the background of the photo.
  3. Post the photo and recipe to your business Instagram page.
  4. Include a written description of the recipe.
  5. Tag: @mocafeusa @hamiltonbeachcommercial @melissasproduce
  6. Include the hashtag: #SummerFrappeRecipes

Multiple Entries
Participants may submit multiple entries. Each unique recipe and photo submission will be considered a separate entry. The more qualified entries submitted, the greater the opportunity to win.

Judging Criteria
Entries will be evaluated based on:
• Creativity and originality
• Visual appeal and presentation
• Summer theme relevance
• Effective use of MOCAFE™ products
• Overall deliciousness and menu appeal

Prize Details

Grand Prize:
One (1) Hamilton Beach Commercial Blender.

Firt Place Prizes
Ten (10) winners will each receive a mixed case of Mocafe drink mixes.

Second Place Prizes:
Ten (10) winners will each receive one set of Melissa's Produce Gourmet Dessert Sauces.

Prize Substitution

Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. ("IBC") reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make the original prize unavailable.

Content Rights

By entering the contest, participants grant IBC, MOCAFE™, Hamilton Beach Commercial, and Melissa's Produce a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, and display submitted photos, recipes, business names, and social media content for marketing, advertising, promotional, website, social media, email, print, and trade show purposes without additional compensation.

Eligibility

Contest is open to coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, foodservice operators, and beverage businesses located in the United States. Employees of IBC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified through Instagram direct message, email, phone, or other contact information available to IBC. If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Disqualification

IBC reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
• Do not follow entry requirements
• Contain inappropriate or offensive content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Violate Instagram's terms of service
• Are not a currently operating business
• Are suspected of fraudulent activity

General Conditions

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram/Meta from any responsibility related to this contest.

IBC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time if technical issues, fraud, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
