Red, White and Blue Frappe

Offer this refreshing festive smoothie for Fourth of July.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 scoops MOCAFE™ Vanilla Frappe
  • 6 oz. milk or milk alternative
  • 12 oz. Ice
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

1) White Color: In a blender, add 6 oz. milk, 2 scoops of MOCAFE™ Vanilla Frappe, and 10-12 oz. ice. Blend until smooth. Save two-thirds of the blended frappe for the red and blue colors.

2) Red Color: Split the remaining blended frappe in half. Take one half and blend with strawberries.

3) Blue Color: Take the other half of the smoothie and blend with blueberries.

4) Layer in one 16 oz cup alternating blue, white, and red.

5) Top with whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles.
