A creamy cool blend of bold Darjeeling black tea, anise and other exotic, fragrant spices used to make delicious authentic MOCAFE™ Thai iced tea.
- 2 scoops MOCAFE™ Thai Tea Mix
- 8 oz. of Milk or dairy alternative
- 12 oz. of Ice
- 2-3 oz prepared boba pearls
Substitute regular Milk for Almond Milk or Soy, if needed.
In a cocktail shaker, add 8 oz. of milk or dairy alternative, 2 scoops of MOCAFE™ Thai Tea mix and 12 oz of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add boba into the serving glass and fill with ice. Pour in MOCAFE Thai Tea mixture and stir.
