Almond Milk Espresso
Makes one 10 oz. serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop MOCAFE™ ZenFreeze Almond Mix
- 6 oz milk (can substitute almond milk)
- 1 shot espresso
DIRECTIONS
- In a milk steamer, combine 1 scoop of MOCAFE™ ZenFreeze Almond Mix with 6 oz of milk (or almond milk). Steam until hot and frothy.
- Brew a single shot of espresso and pour it into a pre-warmed cup or mug.
- With the almond milk mixture steaming, slowly pour it into the cup over the espresso. The hot almond milk will integrate with the espresso crema.
- Top with a light layer of foamed milk or almond milk if desired. Serve immediately.
For a stronger almond flavor, use less steamed milk.
