Almond Milk Espresso

Makes one 10 oz. serving.

DIRECTIONS

    • In a milk steamer, combine 1 scoop of MOCAFE™ ZenFreeze Almond Mix with 6 oz of milk (or almond milk). Steam until hot and frothy.
    • Brew a single shot of espresso and pour it into a pre-warmed cup or mug.
    • With the almond milk mixture steaming, slowly pour it into the cup over the espresso. The hot almond milk will integrate with the espresso crema.
    • Top with a light layer of foamed milk or almond milk if desired. Serve immediately.

          For a stronger almond flavor, use less steamed milk.
